Terms and Conditions

Using This Website

This website belongs to Water Filtration Addison, a water filtration company serving homeowners in Addison, TX and the surrounding area. By browsing these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, please stop using the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies when you visit.

What the Information Here Is For

Our pages describe whole-home filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis and UV water treatment in general terms. They're meant to help you understand your options before you talk to us. They are not advice about the water in your specific home, and every home's plumbing and needs are different.

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but details can change and mistakes can happen. Please confirm anything important with us by phone before you rely on it.

Calls, Quotes and Scheduling

The phone is the only way to reach us, at (972) 750-4773. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote or a binding agreement. Any quote, appointment or installation is agreed directly between you and us during a conversation, and the specific terms for that work are explained to you at that time.

We give arrival windows and timelines we expect to keep. If something changes on our end, we'll call to let you know and set a new time that works for you.

Our Content and Name

The words, layout and images on this site belong to Water Filtration Addison or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, print or share pages for personal use. Please don't copy or republish them for commercial purposes without asking us first.

Limits of Responsibility

We provide this website as it is, for general information. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on the site alone, from brief outages, or from problems with your own device or internet connection.

Any links or references to outside sources are for convenience, and we don't control their content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Questions About These Terms

If anything here is unclear, we're glad to walk you through it in plain language. Questions about these terms get the same patient answer as questions about your water, by phone at (972) 750-4773.
